No BS Woodworking

Okay, I know I haven’t posted in quite some time and this isn’t the post I promised. Sure, it’s a bit self-serving but it is my blog after all.

A good part of the reason for my infrequent posting here on the blog is my pet project. For some time I’ve maintained that to be a better woodworker, you just need to get into the shop and work wood. Since starting the school, I’ve read lots of magazines and books, saw online and broadcast shows and videos and many have one common thread: a lack of real furniture making experience which leads to propagating incorrect (and sometimes absurd) woodworking information. That all ends today.

This post is about my upcoming internet membership based show, No BS Woodworking. The idea is, why can’t we have a woodworking show that is entertaining and filled with good useful information? Now we do. Check out the little trailer I’ve made below then head over to the “Membership Registration” page and give it a try. You won’t be disappointment.

Enjoy!

Hi Chuck, Just wanted to say, I tried those mitered corners on a box, I used them for the sliding top. That method is, ‘Slicker’n snot on a Brass Door knob.’
