Alas, daddy_O may be correct (eh, or not) that the time is soon coming where the only way you’ll be able to speak to me is through my manager. Today is not that day, however. I know, the title of this post seems rather pretentious even to me but what else would you call it?
The fact is, on June 17th at 7:30 pm I’ll be the guest speaker for the monthly meeting of the Lehigh Valley Woodworkers Guild. Those of you who know me understand that I’m still wondering what they were thinking when they asked me to speak to them. The point of the post is to let you know that I’ll be there. If you’re in the area and would like to drop in to the meeting, please do. I went to the May meeting less than a week ago and had a great time. The meetings are fun, well organized and packed with fellowship and information. I highly recommend attending…with the exception of the June meeting which will be fun, highly organized and packed solely with little more than fellowship. If you’re in the area, stop in, bring rotten fruit and vegetables for throwing and sign up to be a member of the guild. A good time will be had by all, I’m sure. See you Thursday (or sooner, you just never know).
Sounds like the folks know who to ask to be the guest speaker.
