Membership Upgrade

Our classes: All classes are offered on a first come, first served basis. Once a class has reached its limit of available bench spaces, the class will be closed to further registrations. The Acanthus Workshop, llc retains the right to modify, or cancel, at its sole discretion, any class or portion of a class. Full payment for your class is required at the time of registration. You will be registered for a class when we receive payment through the website using your credit card through PayPal or through the U.S. mail when paying by check. We will not reserve spaces for our classes without payment of full tuition. When paying by check please contact us via telephone or email in order to reserve your bench space. Your payment must be received by us within seven (7) days from the date you placed your reservation. Your check will be recorded on the day it is received, thereby updating your order status to "Registration confirmed" for which you will receive an email. If your check is not received within the ten day time frame, we will cancel your reservation and make the bench space available to the first person on our waiting list or to the general public. There will be a twenty (20) dollar fee imposed on all returned checks. Full payment must be received no later than thirty (30) days prior to the class. If payment is not received at least thirty (30) days prior to the class date you will forfeit your reservation and deposit. If you are unable to attend the class for which you are registered, you are welcome to transfer to another class if space is available and you provide The Acanthus Workshop with at least sixty (60) days notice. If you are unable to notify The Acanthus Workshop within this timeframe, your tuition may, at our discretion, be forfeit. If space is not available in one of our scheduled classes we may, at our discretion, offer alternative dates for make-up classes. Your space within a class may not be sold, or otherwise transferred to another person without the express consent of The Acanthus Workshop, llc. If you cancel your class registration at least ninety (90) days prior to the class, you may request a refund of your tuition. If you cancel with less than ninety (90) days notice but more than sixty (60) days notice, we will refund your tuition only if we can fill your spot in the class. There are no refunds on cancellations of fewer than sixty (60) days. If your class is cancelled by us, we will make every attempt to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time. In the event we are not able to mutually agree upon a new time and date for your class, we will promptly refund your money. When ordering materials through The Acanthus Workshop, the order must be placed and paid for at least 60 days prior to class. Materials fees are not refundable. Our DVDs: All our DVDs are guaranteed to work with NTSC compatible DVD players and computers. If for any reason your DVD doesn't work, please contact us for further assistance. Our DVDs are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt. To receive a refund for a returned DVD it must be returned unopened and in salable condition. Please contact us prior to returning any DVD for a refund to receive authorization. Video Downloads and subscriptions to our online show are not refundable. Subscriptions to our online show may be cancelled at any time. Master level subscriptions will be refunded on a pro rated basis.
